Access
The RD 861/2010, of July 2, which modifies the RD 1393/2007, of October 29, by establishing the planning of official university education, in its article 16, states that:
To access the official teachings of Master’s degree it will be necessary to be in possession of an official Spanish university degree, or one title issued by a Higher Education Institution that belongs to another state member of the European Union of higher education to the teachings of Master’s degree access.
In addition, graduates could access according to educational systems outside the European Union of higher education without the homologation of their titles, subject to verification by the University that those credited a level of equivalent education to the correspondence official Spanish university degree and which authorizes the country issuer the title access to postgraduate studies. Access by this way does not imply, in any case, the homologation of the previous title that is in possession, the person concerned, or his recognition to other effects than the study the teachings of Master’s degree.
Admission
Income profile
– Master’s degree targeted to graduates or bachelor degrees in Medicine.
– Basic English, at least, is recommended.
– The context of knowledge linked to the title is 100% in Health Sciences and Medicine exclusively.
The Academic structure responsible for the admission process will be the Master’s Degree Council responsible for the assessment of the progress and the results of learning of the students.
The director of the master’s degree will perform the function of direction and coordination of the different areas.
Assessment of merits for admission:
– Academic record (represents the 45%).
– Task as a Medicine professional, developed by the student in the thematic field of the title (in the assessment represents the) 55%).
The documentation to submit must follow the next points:
– Signed document of pre-registration
– Identity card or valid passport
-An official High Studies Certification which gives access to the Master’s degree or accreditation of having applied for the certification and the expedition fees paid. (Original and photocopy or certified photocopy)
-Official academic certificate of marks or SET (European Diploma Supplement). (Original and photocopy or certified photocopy)
– Updated Currículum vitae
Sending the request
You must submit the documentation requested, together with the document of registration in the General or Auxiliary Register, directed to the CEGECA (Centre de Gestión de Campus of San Juan Alicante in which the Master’s degree is attached by certified mail directed to the Centro de Gestión de Campus of of San Juan de Alicante, or through the records of any administrative body referred to in article 16.4, 39/2015 of the procedure administrative common law of the public administrations.
